Microvalves for fuel cells

Microvalves are used especially in small, portable fuel cells, where only small amounts of natural gas or hydrogen must be metered into the fuel cell. Here, both switching valves as well as proportional valves are used, depending on the operating characteristics of the fuel cell. The decisive factor here is that the microvalves meet extremely high leakage requirements.
