Microvalves as cold gas propulsion system

The smaller and lighter the satellites in space, the greater the demand for small system components of these satellites, such as cold gas propulsion systems (control nozzles), used for manoeuvring a satellite in orbit. Highly reliable microvalves control the expansion of a high-pressure noble gas, providing a small impulse that steers the satellite in the desired direction.
